2. Software Usage & Safety

Arena Assistant is a companion tool designed for League of Legends.

• Indie Development: As an independent project, the application may not be signed by an expensive annual Windows certificate. This may trigger a "Windows SmartScreen" warning. By choosing to "Run Anyway," you acknowledge the nature of indie software and agree to use it at your own risk.
• Restrictions: You may not attempt to reverse engineer the software, scrape data from our servers, or use the Service for any unauthorized commercial purposes.

3. Intellectual Property

All original content, features, and functionality of the Service are the exclusive property of Wildeax.

Feedback: Any suggestions or feedback you provide can be used by us to improve the Service without any obligation or compensation to you.

4. Disclaimers ("As-Is")

• Game Compatibility: We do not guarantee that the Service will remain compatible with future updates to League of Legends or the Windows operating system.
